Hey there, how's it going?

So I wanted to write a quick post to see how I can help you out with your marketing efforts on Facebook.

I have been working with a private client and discovering a wack load of cool things about integrating Facebook into your business.

I know there's been a number of products out there about Facebook and how it's an 'amazing marketing machine', but to be honest it took me a while to truly see the potential, and I want to know if you feel the same way, or where YOU are at with it..?

Here's a quick survey...

After a rather large launch of a few Facebook products, there were hundreds of ads popping up with random people making connections and getting 'likes'. But it ALREADY seems like the first big wave of people have gone through, and now the serious players are left.

What are your thoughts?

Some times those small tips that no one talks about are the ones that really help out and minimize frustration.

And yes, my site has been built on the 'Wordpress' platform, which is traditionally known to be for Blogs. Well, it's another good thing to know that Wordpress can handle much more then just blogs. People use Wordpress for full-fledged websites, membership sites, and even social networks...

It's a very powerful platform and if I were to start over, I would have built my very first website using Wordpress.

Why?  Well, basically its an Open Source Platform, which means there are literally thousands of plugins for free.  (PLugins are like functions on your site (such as the comment box) that is already set up, ready to be 'Plugged Into' your site' )

So its flexible, its free, and most developers will be able to work with it if you ever want custom work done

Just came across this in one of my marketing funnels, and thought I would share how this 1 word, increased conversions by 33% ! ...

So there You have it!  I would never have thought that adding one word to a headline would have such a dramatic effect on over all conversions.

This is really just a reminder to ALWAYS be testing your marketing funnel in search for the best combination.

Many times you might wonder which headline is going to be better, and honestly you simply wont know until you TEST IT. This isn't the first time I've been surprised

Here's the nice thing - if and when you do mess up on video, it's NOT a bad thing.  All it does is show others that YES, you are a real person and they will start to think, "If s/he can do it... so can I!"

With so many people now on these sites, you can easily feel like you're just one of many people who are on these sites... meeting people.But just remember its about meeting people and getting to know Them.  Building relationships is what it's all about.

So I'll keep this short. Perry does a great job on expanding on this one.

What it means to know the numbers is to know what it's going to take to make your business profitable.  In business this is call a "Breakeven Analysis" but simply put... it's how many units of X do you need to sell, to start making money.

Let's make sense of this for us Network Marketers.  Often times there's bonuses for signing on a new business partner, but for the sake of simplicity lets just talk about our business in terms of breaking even on residual income ...

So what you need to do, is map out how many customers and distributors you need to have in your organization to make your business profitable.

It's actually pretty easy to do:

First- layout all of your expenses, the things that cost you money to run your business (on a monthly basis)

Second - Figure out exactly how many customers and distributors you need to make that same amount.  Here you can run different senarios with a different mix of customers and distributors.  If you're focused on building with distributors... then use that.

Why is this important?
Well, this is going to help you know exactly what you need to do to make your business "Pay for itself".  Once you hit this mark - the products you purcahse on a monthly basis will be free... forever!

Also, you will know how to set your advertising budget.  If you know how much a new recruit brings into your business, you will know how much you can spend on advertising to get a new recruit.

That will be your magic number... if you can break even or make money on the front end of your marketing efforts. as little or big of a profit it might might - keep the marketing going!  It takes time to build the big residual income... but if you're profiting up front... it's all good.

This is just one piece of the puzzle.  Make sure you fully understand the different options available to you to grow and expand your business.  A good place to start is by picking up the 7 Fatal Mistakes of a Network Marketer... lots more valuable info in there that will help you avoid the fatal mistakes I've made while building my business.
